壳式和芯式铁芯

Shell and core iron core

铁芯中套绕组的部分称为“心柱”，不套绕组只起磁路作用的部分称为“铁轭”。凡铁芯包围了绕组就称为壳式；凡绕组包围心柱的称为芯式。壳式和芯式各有特色，但是由铁芯就够所决定的变压器制造工艺却大有区别，一旦选用了某种结构就很难转而产生一种结构。我国大多变压器铁芯采用叠积芯式。

The part of the winding in the iron core is called the "heart column", and the part of the winding which only plays the role of the magnetic circuit is called the "iron yoke". The core encircling the winding is called the shell type, and the core is called the core with all the windings surrounded by the core. Shell and core have their own characteristics, but the manufacturing technology of transformer is quite different from that determined by iron core. Once a certain structure is selected, it is hard to turn into a structure. Most of the transformer core in our country adopts the stacked core type.

单相和三相铁芯

单相铁芯有单项两柱式叠铁芯[1]。单相单柱旁轭式四柱铁芯、单相双柱式叠铁芯、单相辐射式叠铁芯共五种；三相提诶新有三相柱式叠铁芯、三相旁轭式五柱铁心、三相双框式叠铁芯、三相电抗器叠铁芯共四种。

The single phase iron core has a single two column type iron core [1]. Single phase single column side yoke four core iron core, single phase double pole stacked iron core and single-phase radial laminated iron core are five kinds. Three phase lifting, three phase column stacked iron core, three phase yoke five column core, three phase double frame stacking core and three phase reactor stacking iron core four.

立体式和平面式

立体式的心柱和铁轭不在一个平面内，有辐射式、渐开线式、对称式，因磁通分布比较均匀，可降低损耗；平面式的心柱和铁轭在同一平面内，机械强度高，工艺性好。

The three dimensional heart column and iron yoke are not in one plane. They are radiant, involute and symmetrical. Because of the uniform distribution of magnetic flux, the loss can be reduced. The plane type core column and iron yoke are in the same plane, with high mechanical strength and good manufacturability.

叠铁芯和卷铁芯

Iron core and coiling core

一般均为叠铁芯，由铁芯叠装而成。卷铁芯的形式较多。渐开线铁芯的心柱与铁轭之间气隙较大，影响空载电流，所以容量不能做的太小；但因漏磁通垂直进入铁芯片平面，影响附加损耗，所以片宽不宜过大，即容量不能太大。

The air gap between the inner core of the involute iron core and the iron yoke is large, which affects the no-load current, so the capacity can't be done too small. 铁心主要由铁芯本体、紧固件和绝缘件组成：
