Elimination of multi point grounding fault of transformer core
(1)变压器不能停运时的临时排除方法:
(1) temporary elimination of transformer when it can not be stopped.
①有外引接地线,如果故障电流较大时,可临时打开地线运行。但必须加强监视,以防故障点消失后使铁芯出现悬浮电位。
1. There is an external earthing wire. If the fault current is large, the ground wire can be temporarily opened. However, monitoring must be strengthened to prevent the core from being suspended after failure.
②如果多点接地故障属于不稳定型,可在工作接地线中串入一个滑线电阻,使电流限制在1A以下。滑线电阻的选择,是将正常工作接地线打开测得的电压除以地线上的电流。
2. If the multi point grounding fault belongs to the unstable type, a slip line resistance can be inserted into the working earth wire, so that the current limit is below 1A. The choice of slip resistance is to divide the voltage measured by the normal working ground wire divided by the current on the ground wire.
③要用色谱分析监视故障点的产气速率。

④通过测量找到确切的故障点后,如果无法处理,则可将铁芯的正常工作接地片移至故障点同一位置,用以较大幅度地减少环流。
(4) after finding the exact point of failure through measurement, if it can not be handled, the normal working earthing piece of the iron core can be moved to the same position of the fault point, so that the circulation can be reduced greatly.
(2)彻底检修措施。监测发现变压器存在多点接地故障后,对于可停运的变压器,应及时停运,退出后彻底消除多点接地故障。排除此类故障的方法,根据多点接地类型及原因,应采取相应的检修措施。但也有某些情况,停电吊芯后找不到故障点,为了能确切找到接地点,现场可采用如下方法。
(2) thorough maintenance measures. In order to eliminate such faults, corresponding maintenance measures should be taken according to the types and causes of multi point grounding. However, there are some cases where the failure point can not be found after the power failure, and the following methods can be applied in order to locate the location exactly.
①直流法。将铁芯和夹件的连接片打开,在轭两侧的硅钢片上通入6V的直流,然后用直流电压表依次测量各级硅钢片间的电压,当电压等于零或者表指示反向时,则可认为该处是故障接地点。
(1) the direct current method. The connecting piece of the iron core and the clamp is opened, the DC of the silicon steel sheet on both sides of the yoke is inserted into the 6V, and then the voltage between the silicon steel sheets at all levels is measured in turn by the DC voltmeter. When the voltage is equal to zero or the table indicates the reverse, it is considered to be the fault location.
②交流法。将变压器低压绕组接入交流电压220~380V,此时铁芯中有磁通存在。如果有多点接地故障时,用毫安表测量会出现电流(铁芯和夹件的连接片应打开)。用毫安表沿铁轭各级逐点测量,当毫安表中电流为零时,则该处为故障点。
(2) the method of communication. The low-voltage winding of the transformer is connected to AC voltage of 220 ~ 380V, and there is magnetic flux in the core. If there are multiple grounding faults, the current will be detected by milli ampere meter. The milli ampere meter is measured at all levels along the yoke at all points. When the current in milli ampere meter is zero, it is the fault point.
