非晶合金变压器器身的铁芯部分
1:检查铁芯,将合格的铁芯吊至手推车上,用水果刀打开铁芯搭接,并用吸尘器将铁心开口处非晶碎片吸净。

2:选择相应型号的铁芯护套,插入铁芯的开口段。

3:为使铁芯推入线圈窗口时绝缘不受损坏,须在铁芯护套和铁芯的硅钢片之间放置点胶纸。

4:用力平稳地将铁芯推入线圈窗口。

6:合拢铁芯,合拢过程中必须收紧铁芯;铁芯的搭接头范围一般控制≥6mm,端面不平整度±1mm。

7:合拢铁心过程中,发现非晶碎片应及时用吸尘器及时清理干净,以防止非晶碎片进入线圈。

8:合拢其中一只大铁芯至最外层时,用3M胶带粘住搭接处,防止铁芯片散开。

9:在非晶铁芯与硅钢片搭扣间放一块5mm橡胶垫,合拢硅钢片搭扣处并用3M胶带粘住搭扣。

10:整理铁芯搭接端部使之平整,用吸尘器把铁心及工作台面上的非晶碎片吸干净。

11:用同样方法合拢其余三只铁芯。

12:按工艺要求对铁芯搭接处的上端部进行均匀涂玻璃胶,要求玻璃胶厚度为1~2mm。

13:在铁芯搭口处的外围用3M胶带绑扎牢固,防止非晶碎片进入线圈。

14:在铁芯的非搭接侧面插入接地铜带,铜带的插入深度≥50mm;插入距铁芯端部外侧约30mm处。

15:将器身装配台托架平稳升起,用吸尘器对器身台面及铁芯搭接扣下端面进行清理非晶碎片,再对铁芯搭接下端面涂玻璃胶。
