(一) 旋转铁芯结构与压装工艺
(1) rotating core structure and press mounting process
中型和小型电机转子铁芯，一般用整圆冲片，只有当转子直径大于990时才采用扇形片。铸铝转子的铁芯由铸成的鼠笼绕组将其固紧。
Rotor iron cores of medium and small-sized motors are usually made of round punched sheets, which are used only when the rotor diameter is greater than 990. The core of the cast aluminum rotor is fixed by the squirrel cage winding.
(二) 电枢铁芯结构与压装工艺
(two) armature core structure and press mounting technology
中小型直流电机的电枢铁芯大多数直接把冲片压装在轴上，大型直流电机一般压装支架上，然后用键或热套的方法将支架与轴固定。
Most of the armature cores of small and medium-sized DC motors directly press the sheets onto the shaft. Large DC motors generally press on the bracket and then fix the bracket to the shaft by means of keys or hot sleeves.
