变压器铁芯接地要点
Key points of transformer core grounding
(1)单独设置一条铁轭夹件接地引出线。因为如果发生铁芯碰到上夹件造成多点接地故障,接地电流只是在铁芯夹件内部流动,铁芯接地引出线中没有电流流过,会导致工作人员误认为铁芯没有发生故障;设置后,不论铁芯碰到夹件何位置都会通过两条接地外引线构成回路,这样在外部也就可以正确检测出接地电流。
(1) set up an iron yoke clip earthing lead wire separately. Because if the core meets the upper clamp to cause multiple grounding fault, the grounding current is only flowing inside the core clamp, and there is no current flowing through the lead wire in the core grounding wire, which will cause the staff to think that the core has no fault. After setting, no matter where the iron core meets the clamp, it will pass two wires. In order to detect the grounding current correctly, it can also be detected externally.
(2)铁芯接地片放置在铁轭横截面中间位置。这样放置,不论铁轭拉带绝缘螺栓在何位置以及故障接地点在何位置,回路的最大感应电压只有匝电压的1/4,这时的最大接地电流也只有几个安培左右,较铁芯接地片放置在其它位置时要小很多。
(2) the iron core earthing piece is placed in the middle position of the iron yoke. In this way, the maximum induction voltage of the loop is only 1/4 of the turn voltage, and the maximum grounding current is only a few amperes, which is much smaller than that of the iron core grounding plate, no matter where the tie bolts are located and where the fault locations are located.
(3)如果确实因为现场安装不便等问题需要将铁芯接地片放置在其它位置,也应将铁轭拉带的绝缘螺栓和接地片对角放置,这样可以防止大电流产生。
(3) if it is really necessary to place the core grounding plate in other positions because of the inconvenience of installation in the field, it is also necessary to place the insulated bolt and the grounding piece of the yoke with the iron yoke, so that the large current can be prevented.
