| 块装金属置于随时间变化的磁场中或让它在磁场中运动时,金属块内将产生感应电流,这种电流在金属块内自成闭合回路,很像水的漩涡,因此叫做涡电流,简称涡流。 When a block metal is placed in a time-varying magnetic field or is allowed to move in a magnetic field, an inductive current will be generated in the metal block. The current in the metal block forms a self-closing loop, much like the eddy current of water, so it is called eddy current, or eddy current for short. 变压器的铁芯外侧为线圈,当交变电流通过线圈时,穿过铁芯的磁通量不断随时间变化,它在铁芯中产生感应电动势,从而产生涡流。这些涡流使铁芯大量发热,浪费大量电能,还可能损坏电器,严重时,甚至将铁芯发热局部熔化,发生铁芯“失火”。因此,我们要想办法减小涡流,途径之一便是增大铁芯材料的电阻率。 The outer side of the transformer core is coil. When alternating current passes through the coil, the flux through the core changes with time. It generates induced electromotive force in the core, thus generating eddy current. These eddies cause a lot of heating of iron core, waste a lot of electric energy, and may damage electrical appliances. In serious cases, even partial melting of iron core heating occurs, resulting in "fire" of iron core. Therefore, one of the ways to reduce the eddy current is to increase the resistivity of iron core materials. |
